1. Terms of Delivery

All orders are processed and delivered by Marsella Bedding BV from our warehouse in Antwerp. We deliver exclusively to professional customers within the European Union. Delivery is made via reliable transport partners specialized in furniture transport.

 

1.1 Delivery time

The average delivery time is 3 to 10 working days upon receipt of payment, depending on product type, stock and destination. Customized products may have a longer delivery time. In case of delay, the customer will be notified in a timely manner.

 

1.2 Transportation and risk

Goods always travel at buyer's risk unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers or force majeure. Always check packaging upon receipt and report any damage immediately to the driver and within 48 hours to our customer service department.

 

1.3 Delivery costs

Delivery charges are calculated based on volume, weight and destination. Large orders can be delivered free of charge under certain conditions. This will be confirmed in advance when the order is placed.

2. Collection

Orders can be picked up at our warehouse in Antwerp by appointment. The customer is responsible for loading, transport and possible damage during transport. Pickups are only done after confirmation from our customer service department.

3. Return Policy

Als groothandel en B2B-leverancier aanvaarden wij enkel retouren onder specifieke voorwaarden. Alle retouraanvragen moeten eerst schriftelijk goedgekeurd worden door Marsella Bedding BV.

3.1 Conditions of return

  • The return request must be made within 5 business days be submitted after delivery.

  • Products must be in the original, unopened packaging located.

  • Customized products, personalized items or special orders cannot be returned.

  • Returns without prior approval will be refused.

3.2 Refund or replacement
Upon approval of the return, Marsella BV will offer a credit or replacement, depending on the situation. Refunds are not automatic unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. Damages and non-conforming delivery

If a product is delivered damaged or does not match the order, this must be done within 48 hours be reported after receipt, with clear photos as proof. Marsella BV will evaluate the complaint and offer a solution in the form of replacement, repair or credit note.

5. Warranty

All of our products come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing or material defects. The warranty is void in case of misuse, improper assembly or third party damage. Warranty claims must be made in writing with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

6. Cancellation of orders

Cancellations are only possible before shipment of the goods. Once the order has been shipped, it is considered final. Products that have been specially ordered or manufactured cannot be cancelled.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as strike, fire, pandemic, transport problems, shortage of raw materials, etc.), Marsella BV may temporarily suspend delivery without liability or compensation to the customer.
